Why sucks?
I go for register a Maxis Boardband. The guy ask for my address to check weather got coverage in my area or not. After check that my area is available, good! and i pay for it and the guy tell me that my account will active in 24 hour. I go back my home and plug all the wire. Next day I use my new boardband, but it doesnt work, already 24 hour my account should be already active. So i go and ask for the guy what happen, he told me is it all the wire I plug correct? I follow the gild book how come will plug wrong? But I also check weather i did plug wrong or anything wrong. After 1 week it doesnt work, 2 week later doesnt work… I call maxis centre to terminate it, but they said just1 week trial, after need me pay for it! Ask me to pay at least 4 month it cost me RM400++! I pay for nothing, so i didnt pay… after few month they send me a letter and ask me to paid if not going to blacklist me. Go to hell!
